As the premier log home builder in Salida, Buena Vista and throughout Chaffee County, we have devoted ourselves to building custom log homes with the highest quality, integrity, and innovation. We prefer to use Englemann Spruce logs from Southern Colorado. We feel they work the best as they are staighter and less tapered than other varieties, but we can work with any type of log material. The average diameter log we use is about 12 inches midspan, however, any size can be utilized.

Our staff has over 30 years experience in building log homes. We can take the stress out of building your dream home - from just completing the log work, to finishing a home and handing you the keys. We never build the same log home twice, as we believe every home needs to be built with the owner's individual style.

Even if you've just sketched a design, our CAD draftsman will be able to bring your sketch into blueprint reality. Once a floor plan is approved, an engineer's stamp is obtained, and we are then on our way to aquiring building permits and beginning the building process.
